Indigenous-led, First Nation-owned technology services for organizations across Canada. Learn About Two Feathers

Service Area

On-Site and Remote Service

Support can be delivered remotely or on location depending on the issue and service area. Our formal service territory is being confirmed as part of launch readiness and will be published on this page — in the meantime, here is exactly how availability works.

Availability

How On-Site and Remote Service Is Confirmed

Rather than promising coverage we have not confirmed, we review each request against real conditions before committing.

Do you provide on-site service?

Yes, subject to location, technician availability, service scope, weather, travel requirements, and the customer’s service agreement.

Do you work in remote communities?

Remote and rural service may be available. Travel, accommodation, freight, site access, weather, connectivity, and scheduling requirements will be reviewed before service is confirmed.

Remote support does not depend on distance

Managed IT services — helpdesk support, monitoring, patch management, Microsoft 365 administration, and security management — are delivered remotely, so day-to-day support is not limited by travel. On-site work is scheduled where the scope requires it.

Launch Readiness

Two Feathers is completing its launch-readiness review. The formal service territory, standard travel boundaries, and on-site coverage details will be published here once confirmed.

If you are unsure whether your location can be served, contact us with your community or city and we will review it directly.
