Not unless expressly stated in the final proposal or service agreement. Two Feathers can procure and administer Microsoft 365 licensing as part of the service.
Handling licensing through Two Feathers means one accountable point of contact for subscription selection, renewals, and changes as your staff count changes — with licence costs identified separately and transparently in your service agreement.
