Section 01

Managed IT and Pricing

How our managed services work, how they are priced, and how transitions happen.

Managed IT is an ongoing service relationship in which Two Feathers monitors, maintains, supports, documents, and helps manage an organization's technology environment for a predictable monthly fee.

Our standard packages are priced per supported user per month, subject to package minimums. Final pricing also considers locations, devices, servers, applications, security requirements, travel, and the condition of the existing environment.

Not unless expressly stated in the final proposal or service agreement. Two Feathers can procure and administer Microsoft 365 licensing as part of the service.

Yes. We use a structured transition process to collect documentation, validate administrative access, review equipment, deploy management tools, and establish responsibilities.

Yes. Two Feathers can provide co-managed IT services that complement an internal employee or technology department.

Section 02

Service Delivery

Who we serve, where we work, and how support requests are handled.

No. Two Feathers is Indigenous-led and First Nation-owned, and proudly serves First Nations and Indigenous organizations, but our services are available to businesses, non-profits, public organizations, and other eligible customers.

Yes, subject to location, technician availability, service scope, weather, travel requirements, and the customer's service agreement.

Remote and rural service may be available. Travel, accommodation, freight, site access, weather, connectivity, and scheduling requirements will be reviewed before service is confirmed.

Two Feathers primarily serves organizations, businesses, institutions, facilities, and commercial environments. Residential requests may be considered based on service availability.

Response targets depend on issue severity and the customer's service agreement. Critical issues receive priority, while standard requests are handled according to the applicable service queue.

Section 03

Security Systems and Connectivity

Cameras, access control, Wi-Fi, and what security services can — and cannot — promise.

Yes. We provide site assessment, system design, installation, configuration, testing, training, maintenance, and expansion services.

Yes. We can assess and deploy electronic access-control systems, subject to building requirements, hardware compatibility, electrical work, fire-code requirements, and local regulations.

Yes. We assess coverage, interference, network configuration, equipment placement, user demand, cabling, and internet capacity before recommending changes.

No responsible provider can guarantee that an organization will never experience an attack, outage, equipment failure, or data loss. Two Feathers helps reduce risk, improve detection, strengthen recovery, and establish more resilient technology practices.

Section 04

Contracts and Procurement

Terms, commitments, and purchasing equipment through Two Feathers.

Contract terms depend on the service. Managed IT generally requires a defined service term because onboarding, documentation, tool deployment, and ongoing management require sustained investment. Project services may be contracted separately.

Yes. We can recommend, source, configure, deploy, and document approved technology equipment. Procurement availability and pricing are subject to vendors, freight, currency, and supply conditions.
