1. Scope of these terms
These service terms summarize how Two Feathers Technology Services structures its managed services and project work. They are a plain-language summary for prospective customers, not a contract. Where a signed service agreement exists, the signed agreement governs.
2. A signed final agreement is required
Managed services begin only when a final service agreement has been signed by both parties. Submitting an application, receiving a preliminary estimate, scheduling a meeting, or uploading documents does not create a service relationship, and no monitoring, support, or security responsibility is assumed before service activation under a signed agreement.
3. Estimates are preliminary
Any estimate produced on this website — including the estimate shown during the managed IT application — is preliminary.
Your preliminary monthly estimate is subject to technical review, user count verification, service-area confirmation, and acceptance of the final service agreement.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and are based on the number of supported users. Final pricing depends on the number of users, devices, locations, servers, applications, cybersecurity requirements, travel requirements, and the condition of the existing technology environment.
Microsoft 365 subscriptions, cloud consumption, third-party software, hardware, internet-provider charges, major projects, travel, and applicable taxes are not included unless expressly identified in the final service agreement.
New managed-service customers may require a one-time onboarding and remediation fee.
4. Onboarding
The onboarding fee may include:
Technology discovery
Asset inventory
Agent deployment
Account configuration
Documentation
Security-baseline review
Service-desk configuration
User validation
Administrative access validation
Initial remediation planning
Onboarding scope and any remediation requirements are confirmed during technical review before final service documents are issued.
5. Exclusions summary
Each managed IT package lists the services it includes and the items that are not included by default — for example, software licences, hardware, major projects, new cabling, and travel outside the standard service area. Review the full inclusion and exclusion lists on the managed IT pricing page. Anything not expressly identified in the final service agreement is excluded from the service.
6. Payment and procurement paths
New managed-service customers can set up billing through one of the following paths:
Credit card, processed by a third-party payment processor — card data never touches this website;
Pre-authorized debit;
Invoice request;
Purchase order;
Indigenous government and public-sector procurement processes.
Purchase-order and procurement paths do not require immediate payment; billing begins according to the process agreed in the final service documents. Equipment procurement availability and pricing are subject to vendors, freight, currency, and supply conditions.
7. Support and response targets
Response targets depend on issue severity and the customer’s service agreement. Critical issues receive priority, while standard requests are handled according to the applicable service queue. Two Feathers does not advertise emergency-response capabilities; for safety emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency service.
8. Term and termination
Managed IT generally requires a defined service term because onboarding, documentation, tool deployment, and ongoing management require sustained investment. Project services may be contracted separately.
